CAD / CAM

Our strategy of sustained investment in technology has resulted in a highly capable Design service, where we utilise 3D CAD modelling (using Solidworks) and the latest RADAN manufacturing software. We can send and receive drawings in many CAD formats but are more than happy to work from legacy paper drawings or concept sketches.

By working hand-in-hand with you from the earliest possible stage, we can ensure that all "design for manufacture" factors have been addressed, allowing us to fix any potential problems before they become costly!

This approach is crucial - with an in-depth analysis of DFM it's possible to have an enormous effect on the cost of manufacturing as we would cover broader factors such as raw material type and form, dimensional tolerances and secondary processes such as finishing.
