Amada's One-Stroke-Tooling system offers an innovative approach to tooling that supports modern Lean Manufacturing continuous flow techniques and optimises efficiency.

The tooling system allows a collective tool set-up of different tools styles to be set on one machine, at the same time, to enable complex parts to be folded many times in one operation.

As part of our strategy of sustained investment we have recently added two 3m Amada HFP press brakes. The signficant advancements in these machines mean they can be programmed off line, giving our operators the latest set-up and bend data at their fingertips.

These press brakes feature Amada's innovative One-Stroke-Tooling system and are easier and quicker to set-up and operate. This gives us the benefit of reduced change-over time and reduced handling which in turn protects the Quality of the finished Product.
